These Customer Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the raffle organized by The Edit LDN Limited ("the Organizer"). By participating in the raffle, you agree to comply with these Terms. Please read them carefully before entering.

Eligibility:
1. Participants must be 18 years or older at the time of entry.

2. The raffle is open to individuals residing in the United Kingdom unless otherwise specified

3. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of the Organizer are not eligible to participate.

Entry:
1. To enter the raffle, participants must purchase a £10 raffle ticket from The Edit LDN Limited website. Once you have completed your purchase of the raffle ticket you will be emailed a confirmation confirming your entry.

2. The Edit LDN may restrict the amount of tickets per customer. This will be highlighted separately.

3. Entry submissions must be received by the specified deadline to be considered valid.

Prizes:
1. The prizes for the raffle will be as described in the raffle promotional materials.

2. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.

3. The Organizer reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

Winner Selection:
1. Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received.

2. The decision of the Organizer regarding winner selection is final and binding.

3. Winners will be notified via email, within 24 hours of the raffle draw date.

Claiming Prizes:
1. To claim a prize, winners must respond to the notification within 48 hours and provide any requested information for verification purposes.

2. Failure to respond within the specified timeframe may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

3. Upon verification, a 100% voucher will be submitted

Publicity:
1. By participating in the raffle, winners consent to the use of their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

2. The Organizer may require winners to participate in publicity activities related to the raffle, including but not limited to interviews and photo sessions.

Limitation of Liability:
1. The Organizer shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from or related to participation in the raffle or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.

2. The Organizer is not responsible for any technical malfunctions, human error, or other factors that may affect the administration or conduct of the raffle.

General Terms:
1. The Organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the raffle at any time without prior notice.

2. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Gambling Act 2005 without regard to its conflict of law principles.

By participating in the raffle, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you should not participate in the raffle.
