Thanks to Virgil Abloh's Off-White x Air Jordan 2 Low and Chris Gibbs' Union LA x Air Jordan 2, hype surrounding Michael Jordan's second signature silhouette has reached new heights. Originally released in 1986, the model took the classic basketball shoe into a sartorially-inspired direction, and before the year comes to a close, Jordan Brand will be bringing back one of the most iconic colourways ever made: the Air Jordan 2 "Chicago."

A one-to-one remake of the OG, the "Chicago" is crafted from crisp white leather with faux snakeskin detailing adorning the lateral and medial panels. The classic winged basketball emblem is finely debossed across the tongue, while "Nike" branding hits the heel in a Chicago Bulls-inspired palette. Underfoot, the Air midsole has been completely blacked out, and everything is tied together with a pair of complementary laces, finalising the vintage design.
