Get Up Close With the Air Jordan 1 High OG "Satin Bred"

Earlier this year, The Edit LDN reported that the Air Jordan 1 High OG "Satin Bred" will be making a comeback. Originally launched all the way back in 2016 with an extremely limited run (501 pairs, to be exact), the coveted colourway will finally be getting the wider release that we've all been dreaming of.

As its name states, the "Satin Bred" pays homage to the classic "Bred" from the '80s. While official images have yet to be revealed by Nike, these crisp shots from Knowing Kicks give us a pretty good idea of what to expect. The usual leather panelling has been fully replaced with a satin material, giving off a beautiful sheen that looks and feels incredibly luxurious.

This premium material extends all the way towards the Swoosh and ankle, where you'll find the intricately stitched winged basketball emblem. All of this then sits on top of a crisp Air midsole, and is rounded off with a fiery red outsole underneath, finalising the iconic Air Jordan 1 design.

Set to return on October 18th, make sure you keep it locked at The Edit LDN's dedicated Air Jordan page for your best chance to cop the Nike Air Jordan 1 High OG "Satin Bred." Let us know if you'll be adding these to your collection later this year, and in related news, the Air Jordan 1 High OG "Royal Reimagined" has been revealed!
