After dropping its coveted Salomon collaboration earlier this month, everyone's favourite normcore label has just taken to Instagram to tease its next project in the form of the JJJJound x Vans Sk8-Mid VLT LX. While the Montreal-based brand has teamed up with the Californian skate company in the past, this is, no doubt, their cleanest sneaker yet.
Taking on the ever-popular Sk8-Mid silhouette, Justin Saunders' latest pair works on top of an all-white canvas base and is overlaid by buttery suede panels throughout. Crisp laces tie everything together, and perforations along the toebox deliver an almost sartorial aesthetic. To round it all off, Vans' signature jazz stripe glides across the lateral and medial sides, and all of this comes packed in a very special shoebox that's been made for all you JJJJound fans out there.
Not much else is known about the JJJJound x Vans Sk8-Mid VLT LX at the moment, but expect these to drop within the next couple of weeks. Let us know if you'll be adding these to your summer rotation, and in related news, the JJJJound x adidas Samba is also coming soon!
