This season, Off-White will be putting a lot of energy into its Nike Air Force 1 Mid. With the "Pine Green" set to drop at the end of the month and the "Sheed" currently on the horizon, we're now taking our first look at the Off-White x Nike Air Force 1 Mid "Canary Yellow." Images courtesy of sneaker insider JF Grails, this is a colourway that we've never ever seen before.
Bearing a striking resemblance to the mythical Off-White x Air Jordan 1 High OG "Canary Yellow" that first leaked back 2020, this Air Force 1 is painted in yellow and white colour combination and is crafted from a full leather construction. As with all of Virgil Abloh's drops, you'll find all of the deconstructed details here. From the zip tie to the Helvetica text, there are also two lacing systems and a toggle switch, giving it an extra rugged aesthetic that's sure to turn heads.
Underfoot, the midsole has been reworked from the ground up, complete with a scooped-out Air bubble, and it's lined with a series of rubber spikes which nod to Abloh's "Track & Field" collection from 2019. To round it all off, a curious scythe-wielding grim reaper is stitched around the heel, finalising the vibrant design.
Not much else is known about the Off-White x Nike Air Force 1 Mid "Canary Yellow" at this moment in time, but it's expected to launch over the next few months. Let us know what you think of this peculiar colourway, and in related news, the Off-White x Nike Air Force 1 Low "Ghost Grey" will be exclusive to Paris.
