If you didn't manage to secure the first Gucci x adidas drop last year, then you're in luck, as the Italian fashion house and the German sportswear label have reunited once again for a Spring/Summer 2023 collection.
Featuring a vast selection of clothing and accessories, the star of the show has got to be the diverse sneaker range. Not only does it feature the usual Gazelle in four colourways, Gucci has now revealed its take on the legendary ZX 8000 from the '80s, and it's already one of our favourite trainers of the year.
Unveiled in a quartet of shades, the standout piece is definitely the blue and yellow rendition which is clearly inspired by the OG "Aqua" from 1988. Boasting the signature "GG" monogram stitched atop a silky base, it's wrapped in buttery suede throughout and detailed with premium leather. Other pairs include a cream version, one which is dipped in green and pink, and another that's giving us serious Easter vibes.
As well as the ZX, Gucci and adidas have also worked on a trio of slides and slip-ons which will fit in perfectly with the rest of your warm weather rotation. Not much else is known about the upcoming Gucci x adidas 2023 collection at this moment in time, so make sure you keep it locked at The Edit LDN for all of the latest. While you're here, you might as well take your first look at what could be the first non-Yeezy adidas 500.
