You're Looking at the First Non-Yeezy adidas 350 V2

Back in October, adidas prematurely terminated its partnership with Kanye West due to anti-semitic comments that he made across his social media channels. While the German sportswear giant has remained radio silent surrounding this issue for the past two months, with many sneakerheads wondering what will happen to the Yeezy line, it looks like we finally have our answer.

According to our sources, adidas will still be selling the 350 V2 silhouette, just without the Yeezy branding. Contrary to some comments that Ye made earlier this year, the majority of his models are legally owned by the Three Stripes, so by law, they're still allowed to design, market, and release all of his models, apart from the Foam Runner.

The first non-YZY 350 V2 that will release will be the adidas 350 V2 "Granite" which was teased earlier this year. Spotted here in official adidas photos, it features the same Primeknit construction and SPLY-350 branding across the lateral side. The only difference here is a redesigned insole that has been switched out for a generic adi one.

Expected to release in January 2023, more pairs are set to be announced very soon, so keep it locked at The Edit LDN for everything that you need to know. Will you still be buying these even without the Yeezy branding? Or do you think it's time to move on? Make sure to let us know your thoughts.
