The Air Jordan 4 "Military Blue" is Finally Returning Next Year

From the "Black Canvas" to the "University Blue," the sneaker community has been blessed with hundreds of coveted Air Jordan 4s over the years. But the most iconic one of them all still has to be the Air Jordan 4 "Military Blue." Originally released back in 1989, this was one of the first colourways to hit Michael Jordan's fourth signature shoe, and now, after all of these years, it's finally making a comeback.

The inspiration behind the "Pine Green" and the "Military Black," the "Military Blue" features a predominantly white and grey colourway, but it's accented by pops of blue throughout for a contrast that is sure to turn heads. Crafted predominantly from premium leather, a dash of suede embraces the toe area for an even more luxurious look and feel. All of this sits on top of an Air midsole that's been designed to dominate on the court.

While this AJ4 did indeed return in 2012, it was decorated with the Jumpman logo around the back. To celebrate 35 years since the OG, the upcoming re-release will feature the classic Nike heel badge that Jordan Brand purists will certainly adore.

Set to arrive sometime in Summer 2024, make sure you keep it locked at The Edit LDN's dedicated Jordan 4 page for your best chance to cop. Let us know if you'll be adding these to your rotation next year, and while you're here, here's everything we know so far about the A Ma Maniére x Air Jordan 5!
