Against all odds, Kanye West and adidas have come to an agreement. Following their first drop earlier this year, which literally sold out within minutes of releasing, the second Yeezy launch is officially set to arrive later this week. Not only will they be bringing back some of their most iconic colourways, they'll also be introducing some news one, and taking the wraps off of an all-new silhouette. If you're a Ye fan, it's going to be a big week.
A total of 12 models will be launching this week, including the 350 V2 CMPCT "Slate Bone," 500 "Bone White," 700 V1 "Analog," and 700 V3 "Carbon Fade." We'll also be getting a new Foam Runner, QNTM, and the never-before-seen 450 Slide that's unlike anything else out there.
At the end of last year, adidas terminated its partnership with West due to anti-semitic comments that he made across his social media channels. However, with over $1.3 billion worth of inventory just sitting in storage, they made the decision to continue to release everything in hopes that it will minimise the brand's profit loss, as well as avoid a potential issue with sustainability.
The second Yeezy drop is set to arrive on August 2nd. Keep it locked at The Edit LDN for your best chance to secure your size, and in related news, the JJJJound x adidas Samba is coming soon!
