The UNDFTD x Nike Dunk High is a collaborative sneaker that resulted from the partnership between Nike Sportswear and Undefeated, a West Coast-based sneaker boutique. Undefeated, founded by Eddie Cruz, played a significant role in the streetwear scene and was known for predicting trends before they became mainstream.
The collaboration between Nike and Undefeated was highly sought-after during their heyday, as it brought together the design expertise of the sneak- er boutique and the iconic status of Nike Sports- wear. This particular Dunk High collaboration was one of the first instances where Nike worked with a sneaker boutique to create a joint release.
The UNDFTD x Nike Dunk High featured a tonal-white colour-way, but according to the story, these samples were actually a mistake and did not meet Undefeated’s vision for the collaboration. The version with a gum sole, known as the “Bring Back Pack,” is the one that eventually made its way to the market. A sample version with a grey outsole holds special significance for sneaker enthusiasts due to the rarity of this colour-way.
Condition
New and in unworn/deadstock condition. Considering the age of the shoe, the only signs of aging are at the midsole where they have become slightly discoloured.
