An On-Foot Look at the NOCTA x Nike Glide "Green Strike"
It's been months and months (and even more months) since we caught our first glimpse of the NOCTA x Nike Glide "Green Strike." To new school sneakerheads, this is just another high-heat collab with Drake. However, to old school ones, you'll immediately recognise that it's a contemporary take on the classic Zoom Flight 95 that Nike introduced back in the mid '90s.
Featuring a neon green mesh base, the Glide is overlaid by carbon fibre-esque panels across the lateral and medial sidewalls, just like the ZF95. The signature NOCTA cross logo features on the tongue, and around the heel, you'll find a horizontal pull tab for extra convenience.
All of this sits on top of an extra chunky Zoom Air midsole, that, unlike the ZF95, features a total of four pods instead of three. The second one is finished in with a chrome effect that's sure to turn heads wherever you go. Additional shiny accents make their way around the back, rounding off the eye-catching aesthetic.
Not much else is known about the NOCTA x Nike Glide "Green Strike" at this moment in time, so keep it locked at The Edit LDN for more info as it comes through. While you're here, you might as well take your first look at the Futura x Nike SB Dunk Low!
