Established in 2010 by the creative duo of Melvin Tanaya and Lyna Ty, Song For The Mute (SFTM) has consistently used its avant-garde fashion to give voice to the voiceless, with a strong focus on Australian fashion. Their collaboration with adidas, particularly the Song For The Mute x adidas Campus 80s "Black," brings a modernist twist to the iconic lifestyle sneaker.

Within the "SFTM-002" collection, the sneakers stand out, including an adidas Shadowturf and a trio of adidas Campus 80s styles. This particular version takes on a pre-distressed design concept, featuring an all-black canvas base and a contrasting white heel tab, both intentionally designed with frayed edges for a distinctive look. To enhance the chunky aesthetic, oversized metallic silver eyelets are incorporated.
