Der Off-White x Air Jordan 5 Retro SP TD 'Sail' wurde in Zusammenarbeit mit der luxuriösen Streetwear-Marke von Virgil Abloh hergestellt und bietet eine stilisierte Interpretation der klassischen Silhouette für Kleinkinder. Auf das genähte Obermaterial aus Textil wird ein subtiler Cremeton aufgetragen, der durch „23“ und das Nike Air-Branding an der Ferse akzentuiert wird. Zu den einzigartigen Verzierungen gehören ein gelber Kunststoff-Kabelbinder, Ablohs charakteristischer gedruckter Text auf dem mittleren Seitenteil und kreisförmige Ausschnitte im Mittelfuß, Kragen und der linken Zunge. Eine vorvergilbte, durchscheinende Außensohle trägt zur Vintage-Ästhetik des Schuhs bei.
